Sales Associate & Stylist
As a Sales Associate & Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers with styling interiors, fashion, and homewares. Your role will include creating a warm and inviting shopping experience, offering personalised styling advice and ensuring each customer leaves feeling inspired and satisfied.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years' retail or customer service experience in a high-end or luxury environment.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in fashion, homewares, and interior styling.
  • Experience working in interiors or formal studies in interior design are highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide personalized styling advice and recommendations.
  • Basic computer skills for handling POS systems and inventory management.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Warehouse & E-Commerce Assistant
In this role, you will handle various tasks related to warehouse operations, administration, and e-commerce support. Your responsibilities will be diverse and involve maintaining an organized warehouse space, managing inventory, creating purchase orders, assisting with order fulfillment, and addressing customer inquiries.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce processes and inventory management.
  • Ability to handle packing, dispatch, receiving orders, and stock arrangement efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move products as required.
  • Basic computer skills for managing orders and updating inventory systems.
  • Experience with Retail Express software is highly regarded but not necessary.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if needed.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take on a range of tasks.
