Online Returns Policy
In line with our customer service values, we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows.
In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, we are happy to offer an exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund on eligible full price items.
Exchanges, credit notes or refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us and is confirmed to be in saleable condition including all tags, original packaging and be unworn/laundered.

To request a full refund on your full price item/s, please contact us and ensure that the item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving it. Note refunds are only applicable on full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
Items purchased online cannot be returned in store.
Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer and trackable. Bedouin Traders takes no responsibility for items lost/damaged in transit.
Return shipping charges are covered by the customer and will not be refundable.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your order. Excluding public holidays.
The refund amount will be calculated less the shipping charge.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- personalised items, gift cards, earrings, hats, lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
- All items purchased on sale or discounted items are final and no credit note or exchange apply to these items
The purchase of original works and limited prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
If you have purchased an art piece and it has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing email@example.com for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.
Please keep all original packaging and the art as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
E- Gift Card
- Online Gift Vouchers/Cards are highly transferable and as such, lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
- Online Gift Cards may only be used for online purchases and cannot be used in store. Instore Gift Cards are available to purchase and use instore if you prefer to visit the store.
- Online Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Online Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Any balance that remains on an Online Gift Card after the expiry date will not be available for use nor will the amount be refunded
- There are no returns for Online Gift Vouchers sales
Option 1: Bedouin Traders delivers Australia wide using (AUSTRALIA POST/METHOD) and we offer a flat rate fee of $15 for all orders under $200. We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200. Furniture, Art, Lighting and bulky items are the exception, we offer a tailored shipping charge for these items.
We endeavour to provide prompt and efficient dispatch of your goods. Online orders are processed and dispatched daily (Monday – Friday) during business hours. Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day, orders received after this time will be dispatched the next business day. During holiday or sale period there may be a slight delay to this dispatch schedule, we thank you in advance for your patience.
Whilst we aim to ensure your package reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please note we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third-party courier company.
Delivery times may vary from state to state.
Furniture, Artwork Delivery and Bulky items– Price on Application (POA)
Our customer care team will work with you to provide a quote on the available shipping option/s for your order of large items. If you wish to discuss this ahead of finalising your online purchase, please email our customer care team firstname.lastname@example.org.
From time to time, and due to circumstances out of our control, fragile items may be damaged in transit. This may include some homewares, sensory items, accessories, glass top furniture pieces and artwork. To assist us, please carefully inspect the goods and communicate any damage/fault within 24 hours of delivery/ upon receipt of goods to email@example.com.
Please include details of the damage, including proof of damages and make arrangements for the goods to be returned for inspection. Please note, the buyer is responsible for the delivery costs associated with the claim process.
Our customer service team are unable to review any items via email or phone. All items must be returned either via mail to be processed, in accordance with the process detailed above.
Sale and seconds merchandise
Merchandise marked as Sale, Seconds or Sample product must be chosen carefully as these items cannot be returned.
From time to time we may offer promotional codes to be used on the site. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or offer and will have special conditions that will be specified at the time of the promotion.
